Discover Korea Like Never Before
“Enjoy a complimentary nail care with your train journey!”
Would you believe that you can get your nails done while waiting for your train? Sounds too good to be true? Welcome to Korea.
This service is available at major train stations across Korea, from Busan Station to Yongsan Station, Ulsan Station, and more. Anyone with a train ticket can easily enjoy this complimentary service! Known as ‘Seom-Seom-Ok-Su’ (meaning ‘delicate and soft hands’ in Korean), this free nail care service is something you must try if you’re planning a train journey in Korea!
Free Nail Care at ‘Seom-Seom-Ok-Su’

Seom-Seom-Ok-Su offers a special service designed specifically for train station visitors.
While waiting for your train, you can receive free nail care services including nail trimming, cuticle removal, and a gentle hand massage.
Depending on the location, you might also be able to get nail color applications.
What makes this service even more special is that it’s a public service project created through the collaboration of Korea Railroad Corporation (KORAIL) and the Korea Employment Agency for Persons with Disabilities.
The project aims to create jobs for vulnerable groups, including those with hearing impairments — adding purpose to pampering.
